冷轧带钢纠偏设备机械故障的产生原因与改造技术 被引量:1

The Cause of Mechanical Failure of Deviation Correction Equipment for Cold-Strip Steel Rolling Mill and Its Reformation Technology

摘要 纠偏设备对于保障冷轧带钢的运行稳定性与精度至关重要,但其机械故障频发。基于此,对冷轧带钢纠偏设备机械故障的产生原因及改造技术展开研究,发现机械故障的发生主要受设计、制造安装、原料板形、工艺参数及锥辊效应等因素影响,可以采用精准设计与布局优化、设备高精度制造与安装校准、板形在线检测与实时矫正、智能张力与速度协同控制、辊子精度监测与修复等技术措施,降低机械故障发生率,提高生产效率,保障产品质量。 Deviation correction equipment is very important to ensure the stability and accuracy of cold-strip steel rolling mill,but its mechanical failure is frequent.Based on this,the causes of mechanical faults of deviation correction equipment for cold-strip steel rolling mill and its reformation technology are studied.The results showed that the occurrence of mechanical faults are mainly affected by factors such as design,manufacturing and installation,raw material shape,process parameters and cone roll effect.Technical measures such as precise design and layout optimization,high-precision manufacturing and installation calibration of equipment,online shape detection and real-time correction,intelligent tension and speed collaborative control,roll accuracy monitoring and repair can be adopted to reduce the incidence of mechanical failures,improve production efficiency,and ensure product quality.
