基于故障树的汽轮机故障诊断方法研究

摘要 针对汽轮机故障特征复杂、诊断难度大等特点,提出基于故障树的汽轮机故障诊断与维修决策方法。该方法采用变分模态分解算法分解汽轮机运行振动信号,获取汽轮机的故障特征;根据该特征的提取结果构建故障树,通过故障树找出导致顶事件(汽轮机故障)发生的所有可能原因(割集),并计算底事件的概率重要度,以此实现汽轮机故障诊断。实验结果表明,文章设计方法能够有效区分不同故障类型,并准确评估其发生概率,为后续维修决策提供可靠依据。 In view of the complexity and difficulty of turbine fault diagnosis,a method of turbine fault diagnosis and maintenance decision making based on fault tree is proposed.In this method,variational mode decomposition algorithm is used to decompose the vibration signal of steam turbine operation and obtain the fault characteristics of the steam turbine.The fault tree is constructed according to the extraction results of the feature,and all possible causes(cut sets)of the top event(turbine fault)are found out through the fault tree,and the probability importance of the bottom event is calculated,so as to achieve turbine fault diagnosis.The experimental results show that the design method of this paper can effectively distinguish different types of faults and accurately evaluate their occurrence probabilities,providing a reliable basis for subsequent maintenance decisions.
