熔盐法制备钙钛矿型铁酸镧锂离子电池负极纳米材料及其电化学性能研究

Preparation of Perovskite Type Lanthanum Ferrite Negative Electrode Nanomaterials by Molten Salt Method and Their Electrochemical Performance Research

摘要 通过熔盐法制备出粒径较小,尺寸均匀的铁酸镧钙钛矿纳米材料作为锂离子电池负极。电化学测试结果表明循环性能稳定,在200 mA·g^(-1)电流密度下首圈可达700 mAh·g^(-1)左右的比容量,且从5~100圈的过程中保持250 mAh·g^(-1)左右的比容量并且没有下降趋势。倍率性能测试时经过不同电流密度运行10圈最后回到初始电流密度时比容量仍有较大的回复,说明LaFeO3具有较高的化学可逆性。 Preparation of small and uniformly sized lanthanum ferrite perovskite nanomaterials were prepared as negative electrodes for lithium-ion batteries by molten salt method.The electrochemical test results showed that the cycling performance was stable,with a specific capacity of about 700 mAh·g^(-1) in the first cycle at a current density of 200 mA·g^(-1),and a specific capacity of about 250 mAh·g^(-1) was maintained from 5 to 100 cycles without any downward trend.During the rate performance test,after running for 10 cycles at different current densities and finally returning to the initial current density,there was still a significant recovery in specific capacity,indicating that LaFeO_(3) has high chemical reversibility.
