高分子老化检测研究进展

摘要 高分子材料的发展对工业生产具有关键推动作用,然而,在材料服役过程中,受环境等因素影响,其结构将发生老化而导致材料性能失效,进而引发安全隐患。因此高分子的老化检测对保障材料的服役性能和延长其使用寿命具有重要意义。本文介绍了材料的自身结构和外界环境对其老化的影响;综述了电子顺磁共振波谱(EPR)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)这些传统的高分子材料老化的检测方法,以及自由基荧光成像和磁共振成像系统在高分子材料老化检测中的应用。并展望了高分子老化检测的未来研究方向。 The development of polymer materials plays a crucial role in advancing industrial production.However,during their service process,environmental factors and other influences can induce structural aging,leading to material performance degradation and potential safety hazards.Therefore,detecting polymer aging is critical for ensuring material reliability and extending their service life.The impacts of both intrinsic material structure and external environmental conditions on polymer aging were examined.Traditional detection methods for polymer aging were reviewed,including electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)absorption spectroscopy,fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),raman spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography(GPC),as well as emerging techniques such as free radical fluorescence imaging and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)systems.Furthermore,future research directions in polymer aging detection were discussed.
