新型二维柔性导热膜材料的制备及其应用研究进展

摘要 随着材料科学和热管理领域的飞速发展,柔性智能穿戴和电子产品日益小型化、集成化,带来了优越的功率密度。然而传统功能材料的单一功能难以满足器件功能化和便利性的要求,无法应用于柔性领域,研发同时具有高各向异性和导热性的柔性膜材料,对能量高效利用具有重要意义。新型2D(二维)柔性导热膜材料(MXene、GO)具有独特的二维层状结构、类金属的导电性、高导热率、卓越的光热转换性、优异的机械柔性等优点,具有高度应用潜力,被广泛应用于电子器件、热管理、新能源、催化、热储等领域。文中系统详细介绍了新型二维柔性导热膜材料的制备方法和应用研究,阐述了其相关概念及物性特点,探究其应用潜力,并对该膜材料面临的挑战、前景进行展望。 With the rapid development of materials science and thermal management,flexible smart wearables and electronic products are increasingly miniaturized and integrated,bring about superior power density.Howerer,the single function of traditional functional materials is difficult to meet the requirements of device functionalization and convenience,and thus cannot be applied in the flexible field.The development of flexible membrane materials with high thermal conductivity is of great significance for the efficient utilization of energy.The new 2D(two-dimensional)flexible thermal conductive film materials(MXene,GO)have unique two-dimensional layered structure,metal-like electrical conductivity,high thermal conductivity,excellent photothermal conversion,excellent mechanical flexibility and other advantages,and have high application potential.They are widely used in electronic devices,thermal management,new energy,catalytic,heat storage and other fields.The preparation method and application of a new 2D flexible thermal conductive film material were systematically introduced,and the related concepts and physical properties were explored.Finally,the challenges and prospects of the film material are prospected.
