摘要
心力衰竭(简称心衰)是指心脏的结构或功能异常导致心室充盈和射血能力受损,从而引发心衰相关的症状或体征,是各种心脏疾病的终末阶段。心衰患者自我管理对改善疾病预后至关重要,但心衰患者普遍存在疾病管理水平不足的问题。数字健康技术突破传统管理模式,为心衰患者自我管理提供了新途径。本文对数字健康进行概述,总结数字健康干预在心力衰竭患者自我管理中的应用形式、应用效果、应用困境,以期为我国心力衰竭患者自我管理提供多元化解决方案。
Heart failure refers to the structural or functional abnormalities of the heart leading to impaired ventricular filling and ejection ability,which leads to symptoms or signs related to heart failure.It is the end stage of various heart dis⁃eases.Self-management of patients with heart failure is crucial to improve the prognosis of the disease,but patients with heart failure generally have the problem of insufficient disease management.Digital health technology provides a new way for self-management of patients with heart failure by breaking through the traditional management mode.This paper pro⁃vides an overview of digital health and summarizes the application form,application effect and application dilemma of digi⁃tal health intervention in the self-management of patients with heart failure,in order to provide diversified solutions for the self-management of patients with heart failure in China.
