摘要
痴呆患者的社会功能明显下降,早期选择合适的评估工具和干预措施对维护痴呆患者的社会功能至关重要。本文介绍了痴呆患者社会功能常用的4个评估工具,包括老年患者护士观察量表、痴呆社会功能量表、社会情感功能障碍量表、社会功能活动问卷,并详述痴呆患者社会功能的非药物干预措施,如正念疗法、音乐疗法、动物辅助疗法、社交机器人、综合干预等,以期为国内痴呆患者社会功能评估工具的开发及合理化选用提供参考,为制定良好的个性化非药物干预措施提供理论依据。
The social function of dementia patients declines significantly.Early selection of appropriate assessment tools and intervention measures is crucial for maintaining the social function of dementia patients.This article introduces 4 widely used assessment tools for evaluating social function in dementia patients:the Nurses'Observation Scale for Geriat⁃ric Patients,the Social Functioning in Dementia Scale,the Socioemotional Dysfunction Scale,and the Functional Activi⁃ties Questionnaire.Additionally,it elaborates on non-pharmacological intervention measures for the social functions of de⁃mentia patients,including mindfulness-based therapy,music therapy,animal-assisted therapy,social robot,and compre⁃hensive psychosocial programs.The review aims to provide a reference for the development and rational selection of social function assessment tools for dementia patients in China,and to offer a theoretical foundation for designing individualized non-pharmacological intervention strategies.
