摘要
目的基于CiteSpace分析中医外治法治疗中风偏瘫的研究热点与趋势。方法检索中国知网中中医外治法治疗中风偏瘫的相关文献,利用CiteSpace6.4.R1软件生成相关文献的作者、研究机构和关键词共现图谱,并对其进行可视化分析。结果最终纳入文献4778篇。年度发文量总体呈现出先上升后下降的趋势。发文最多的作者为张为民,作者间合作较为松散,该领域尚未形成核心作者团队;发文前3位的机构为黑龙江中医药大学(43篇)、天津中医药大学(39篇)和辽宁中医药大学(39篇)。关键词共现结果显示,关键词频次前3位是针灸疗法、针刺疗法、康复训练;聚类分析形成了15个自然聚类;关键词突现分析显示,痉挛状态是突现持续时间最长且最早的关键词,神经功能、肢体功能和头针疗法是突现强度最高的关键词。结论中医外治法治疗中风偏瘫研究领域整体发文量较多,但跨机构、跨地区的合作有待加强。当前该领域电针治疗是重点,疗效研究和疗法联合为研究热点,中医护理是该领域中不可缺少的一部分。机制研究、新兴治疗方式的探索、数据挖掘可能是今后的研究趋势。
Objective Based on CiteSpace,analyze the research hotspots and trends of the external treatment of tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine for stroke hemiplegia.Methods Retrieve the relevant literatures on the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for stroke hemiplegia in CNKI.Use the CiteSpace6.4.R1 software to generate co-occurrence maps of authors,research institutions and keywords of the relevant literatures,and conduct a visual analysis of them.Results A total of 4778 literatures were finally included.The annual number of published papers generally showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The author with the most publications was ZHANG Weimin.The cooperation among authors was relatively loose,and a core author team had not been formed in this field.The top three institutions in terms of the number of publications were Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine(43 papers),Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(39 papers)and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(39 papers).The re⁃sults of keyword co-occurrence showed that the top three keywords in terms of frequency were acupuncture therapy,acu⁃puncture treatment and rehabilitation training.The cluster analysis formed 15 natural clusters.The keyword burst analysis showed that spastic state was the keyword with the longest burst duration and the earliest appearance,and nerve function,limb function and scalp acupuncture therapy were the keywords with the highest burst intensity.Conclusions There are a relatively large number of published papers in the research field of the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for stroke hemiplegia,but the cooperation across institutions and regions needs to be strengthened.Currently,electro-acu⁃puncture treatment is the focus in this field.Efficacy research and the combination of therapies are research hotspots,and traditional Chinese medicine nursing is an indispensable part of this field.Mechanism research,exploration of emerging treatment methods and data mining may be the research trends in the future.
