摘要
顶管施工会对土体产生扰动,进而可能影响周围建筑物或地下管线的正常使用乃至破坏。文章以南京市尤家凹片区市政配套顶管建设工程为背景,采用MidasGTS/NX有限元分析软件,对顶管穿越复杂地层进行模拟研究,分析了不同掘进压力、注浆压力和土体弹性模量对地表变形的影响。研究表明:在地层交界面处,地表竖向位移出现明显变化;顶管机掌子面前方出现隆起,后方出现沉降;后施工顶管会加大对土体的扰动,产生更大的地表竖向位移;横向地表沉降变形曲线整体呈现“U”字型沉降槽;通过优化掘进压力(50~70kPa)和注浆压力(20~40kPa),加固软弱地层的办法,可有效控制地表变形。
Pipe jacking can disturb the soil which may lead to the abnormal performance and even destruction of the surrounding buildings or underground pipeline.This article is based on the municipal supporting pipeline construction project in the Youjiaao district of Nanjing.Using Midas GTS/NX finite element analysis software,it simulates the pipe jacking through complex geological strata to explore the deformation caused by different excavation pressures,grouting pressures,and soil modulus on the surface,and proposes optimized construction parameters.The results show that at the boundary of the different strata,there is a significant change in vertical displacement of the surface.A bulge appears in front of the pipe jacking machine,and settlement appears behind it.Post-construction pipe jacking will increase the disturbance to the soil and produce a greater vertical displacement of the surface.The overall horizontal settlement deformation curve of the surface presents a"U"-shaped settlement groove.By optimizing the excavation pressure of 50-70 kPa and grouting pressure of 20-40 kPa and reinforcing the soft soil stratum,surface deformation can be effectively controlled.
