Simulation of Magnetostrictive Properties of Non-oriented Silicon Steel Based on Improved Multiscale Dynamic J-A Model

摘要 为了模拟无取向硅钢在应力作用下宽磁密范围的磁致伸缩滞回特性,该文提出一种改进多尺度动态磁致伸缩模型。首先,提出考虑磁畴体积分数的简化多尺度模型,根据玻尔兹曼概率函数和六磁畴单晶体结构,简化模型并缩短计算量;其次,由简化多尺度模型计算应力相关无磁滞磁化强度并与逆(Jiles-Atherton,J-A)模型结合,通过引入修正系数γk和比例因子ν,实现高、中、低磁密下磁滞回线的准确模拟;再次,引入涡流损耗场、异常损耗场以及不可逆磁化强度分量,构建改进多尺度动态磁致伸缩模型;最后,对比模型仿真与实验结果,可知模型对0~2.4 MPa应力作用下的动态磁致伸缩特性模拟准确,并且对λ-H曲线和λ-B曲线均具有较高的模拟精度。 To simulate the magnetostrictive hysteresis characteristics of non-oriented(NO)silicon steel in a wide range of magnetic densities under stress,this paper proposes an improved multiscale dynamic magnetostrictive model.Firstly,a simplified multiscale model considering the volume fraction of magnetic domains is proposed to simplify the model and shorten the computation based on the Boltzmann function and the single crystal structure of six magnetic domains;Secondly,the stress-dependent expression of the anhysteretic magnetization obtained from the simplified multiscale model is brought into the inverse J-A model.The correction factors v andγk are introduced to achieve an accurate simulation of hysteresis loops at different magnetic densities.Then,the eddy current field,excess loss field,and irreversible magnetization component are introduced to construct the improved multiscale dynamic magnetostrictive model.Finally,comparing the simulation with experimental results,it is found that the model accurately simulates the dynamic magnetostrictive characteristics under the stresses from 0~2.4 MPa,and it has high simulation accuracy for both theλ-H curve and theλ-B curve.
