摘要
产业是众多企业组成的集合体,企业升级是产业升级的基础。本文从企业升级出发展开到“产业整体升级(Overall Industrial Upgrading)”的研究。作者在长期调研和研究企业升级的基础上,对我国产业整体升级的趋势性特征进行了扫描和扼要论述。在修改重构全球价值链(RGVC)模型效果衡量的基础上,提出产业整体升级模型,并提出衡量实现“产业整体升级”的三个指标:全球第一的产业规模,技术含量和产业竞争力全面提升,形成全产业链控制或完善的产业生态圈。通过对游戏产业和新能源汽车产业进行研究,运用调研和产业数据拟合研究,验证上述模型和观点,探讨我国“产业整体升级”的关键因素,并首次对由此所推动的全产业链构建与产业全球重新布局进行深入探讨。
Industry is a collective of numerous enterprises,with corporate upgrading serving as the foundation for industrial upgrading.This paper extends from corporate upgrading to research on“overall industrial upgrading”.Based on extensive surveys and studies of corporate upgrading,the author scans the developmental trend characteristics of China’s overall industrial upgrading.By refining the Reconstructing Global Value Chain(RQVC)model for evaluating effectiveness evaluation,the paper proposes an overall industrial upgrading model,along with three metrics to measure industries achieving comprehensive upgrading:becominging the largest in global scale,significant enhancements in technological content and industrial competitiveness,and the formation of full-chain control or a well-developed industrial ecosystem.The study examines the gaming industry and new energy vehicles,employing survey data and industrial data fitting to validate the aforementioned model and viewpoints,exploring key factors driving China's overall industrial upgrading.Additionally,it delves into the construction of the entire industrial chain and the global reorganization of industries driven by this process for the first time.
