摘要
在全球化与信息化迅猛发展、教育变革不断推进的背景下,OBE(Outcome-Based Education)理念作为一种先进的教育理念,秉持以学生为本、以学习成果为导向的原则,在国内外教育改革中得到广泛应用。文章以先进钻完井技术课程为实践案例,深入探究OBE理念在专业课程教学中的具体应用。通过优化课程内容、创新教学方法、构建成果导向的评价体系等改革举措,旨在培养学生的创新能力与实践能力,以契合社会对高素质石油工程技术人才的需求。研究结果表明,经过一系列教学改革实践,学生在创新能力、实践能力等方面获得显著提升,教学质量与教学效率也得以明显提高。
In the context of the rapid development of globalization and information technology,as well as the continuous advancement of educational reform,the concept of Outcome Based Education(OBE),as an advanced educational concept,upholds the principle of student-oriented and learning results-oriented,and has been widely applied in educational reform at home and abroad.This paper takes the advanced drilling and completion technology course as a practical case to deeply explore the specific application of OBE concept in the teaching of professional courses.Through the reform measures such as optimizing the course content,innovating the teaching method and constructing the results-oriented evaluation system,the aim is to cultivate the students’innovation ability and practical ability,so as to meet the society’s demand for high-quality petroleum engineering and technical personnel.The research results show that after a series of teaching reform practices,students’innovation ability and practical ability have been significantly improved,and teaching quality and teaching efficiency have also been significantly improved.
