摘要
【目的】通过对小麦育种领域专利进行量化分析,为河南省小麦育种技术研发方向和产业高质量发展提供参考支撑。【方法】基于IncoPat专利数据库,采用专利计量分析方法,分析了2000—2022年河南省小麦育种领域的专利发展趋势、技术领域分布、申请主体结构及地域差异等情况,并为进一步提高河南省小麦育种领域高质量发展提出建议。【结果】自2015年以来,河南省小麦育种领域专利申请数量呈爆发式增长,专利申请人以单一主体居多,缺乏多主体合作。同时,郑州市在专利申请量方面遥遥领先于其他地市,显示出河南省小麦育种领域创新能力的地域分布不均衡问题。【结论】建议加大对科研创新平台的支持力度,强化多主体合作,优化区域的创新资源配置,促进区域合作和资源信息共享,加强高价值专利培育,推动河南省小麦育种产业的高质量发展。
[Purposes]Through quantitative analysis of patents within the wheat breeding field,this study provides reference and support for the R&D direction of wheat breeding technology and the high-quality development of the wheat breeding industry in Henan Province.[Methods]Based on the IncoPat patent database,this paper adopts patent bibliometric analysis to examine the patent development trends,tech⁃nical field distribution,patent applicant structure,and regional differences in the field of wheat breeding in Henan Province from 2000 to 2022,and puts forward suggestions for further improving the highquality development of wheat breeding in Henan Province.[Findings]Since 2015,there has been an ex⁃plosive growth in the number of patent applications in the field of wheat breeding in Henan Province,with most applications submitted by single entities,indicating the absence of multi-entity collaboration.Additionally,Zhengzhou significantly outpaces other cities in terms of patent application quantity,reveal⁃ing regional imbalances in innovation capabilities in the field of wheat breeding within Henan Province.[Conclusions]It is recommended to increase support for scientific research and innovation platforms,strengthen multi-entity collaboration,optimize the allocation of regional innovation resources,promote re⁃gional cooperation and sharing of resources and information,enhance the cultivation of high-value patents,and promote the high-quality development of the wheat breeding industry in Henan Province.
