摘要
针对大型硬质合金顶锤制备过程中易出现组织不均匀、应力集中等问题,提出了一种新型硬质合金顶锤混合料制备方法及其脱蜡-烧结一体化工艺。具体而言,采用钴铬预制合金粉末替代传统纯钴粉,球磨工艺参数优化后,混合料中氧的质量分数降低至0.5%以下,球磨时间由原工艺的40 h缩短至20 h。同时,开发了正压氢脱蜡和负压氩脱蜡弹性切换的脱蜡-烧结一体化工艺,脱蜡时间从5天缩短至2天以内,有效解决了大件硬质合金制品易开裂的问题。力学性能测试结果表明,最终产品的抗压强度和抗弯强度均提高了10%~15%,且组织均匀,无空隙缺陷。本研究为硬质合金顶锤的高效制备提供了新的技术途径。
A new method for preparing a mixture of hard alloy top hammers and its dewaxing sintering integrated process is proposed to address the problems of uneven microstructure and stress concentration that are prone to occur during the preparation process of large hard alloy top hammers.Specifically,cobalt chromium prefabricated alloy powder was used instead of traditional pure cobalt powder.After optimizing the ball milling process parameters,the oxygen content of the mixture was reduced to below 0.5%,and the ball milling time was shortened from 40 hours in the original process to 20 hours.At the same time,a wax removal sintering integrated process with elastic switching between positive pressure hydrogen dewaxing and negative pressure argon dewaxing was developed,and the dewaxing time was shortened from 5 days to less than 2 days,effectively solving the problem of cracking in large hard alloy products.The mechanical performance test results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the final product have both increased by 10%to 15%,and the structure is uniform without any void defects.This study provides a new technological approach for the efficient preparation of hard alloy top hammers.
