摘要
结直肠癌是(CRC)全球发病率和致死率较高的癌症之一,其发生与多种环境风险因素密切相关,如饮食习惯、生活方式、生活环境和肠道微生物等。本文将综述这些因素对CRC发生发展的影响,并探讨相应的预防策略和未来的研究方向,旨在为CRC早期预防和干预提供参考。
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the cancers with high incidence and mortality rates globally.Its occurrence is closely related to various environmental risk factors such as dietary habits,lifestyle,living environment,and gut microbiota.This article reviews the impact of these factors on the initiation and progression of colorectal cancer and explores corresponding prevention strategies and future research directions,aiming to provide guidance for early prevention and intervention of colorectal cancer.
