摘要
为保证煤粉锅炉烟气达标排放,针对某燃煤锅炉烟气中的主要排放污染物NOx进行了煤粉锅炉脱硝改造,改变原有省煤器布置高度,在两级省煤器之间加装选择性催化还原法脱硝喷氨模块,将上、下级管式空气预热器改为一级回转式空气预热器。煤粉锅炉脱硝改造后,煤粉锅炉上、下级省煤器均不同程度地出现磨损泄漏情况,分析其泄漏原因,并采取相应的优化措施,取得了良好的效果。
In order to ensure that the flue gas of the coal powder boiler meets the standard discharge,mainly the pollutants NOx,a denitrification transformation was carried out on coal powder boiler by changing the layout height of the original economizer,installing the SCR denitrification spray ammonia module between the two levels of economizer,and changing the upper and lower tube in air preheater to a first-level rotary air preheater.After the denitrification of the coal powder boiler,the upper and lower economizer of the coal powder boiler showed different degrees of wear and leakage.The cause of the leakage was analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures were taken,which achieved good results.
