摘要
茶文化是中华传统文化精粹,具有悠久的历史。目前,学界有关茶文化的区域地理研究多集中于南方产茶地区,或限于自然、历史等诸多因素,而对东北地区的饮茶历史关注较少。但通过史料不难发现,东北地区的饮茶文化同样源远流长,兼具着民族融合特征与地域适应性,其发展历程不仅融汇了各民族相互交融的独特社会风貌,同时更体现区域内悠长的历史变迁,因此深入发掘东北地区茶文化显得尤为必要。该文在现有研究的基础上,以清代东北地区的茶文化为研究对象,系统梳理方志所载的传统茶文献与民俗资料,同时引入清代燕行使的“他者”视角,使之相互佐证,回溯东北地区的悠久茶史与颇具地域特色的饮茶文化,为进一步发掘东北地区的多样文化与清代边疆社会生活史提供新视角。
Tea culture stands as a quintessential element of traditional Chinese civilization,boasting a profound historical legacy.Current academic research on the regional geography of tea culture predominantly focuses on tea-producing regions in southern China,constrained by factors such as natural conditions and historical contexts,while paying limited attention to the history of tea consumption in Northeast China.However,historical records reveal that the tea culture of Northeast China also possesses a deep-rooted heritage,characterized by ethnic integration and regional adaptability.Its evolution not only reflects the unique social dynamics of interethnic exchange but also embodies the region's extensive historical transformations.Thus,a thorough exploration of Northeast China's tea culture is imperative.Building upon existing scholarship,this paper examines the tea culture of Northeast China during the Qing Dynasty.It systematically analyzes traditional tea-related literature and folkloric materials documented in local chronicles while incorporating the"outsider"perspectives of Qing-era Yanxing emissaries to corroborate findings.By reconstructing the region's enduring tea history and its distinctive tea-drinking practices,this study aims to provide new insights for further investigations into the diverse cultural landscape of Northeast China and the social history of frontier life during the Qing Dynasty.
