摘要
公园绿地是多层级结构、重要且有限的公共资源,实现各层级公园绿地的协同布局对推动国土空间精细化规划与治理具有重要意义。研究聚焦人均公园绿地面积指标,以分级为视角,以苏州市中心城区为例,运用高斯两步移动搜索法测度各层级公园绿地的空间可达性,剖析其对于整体可达性的贡献程度,并进一步揭示居民获取不同层级公园绿地的服务组合情况。结果表明:(1)分级视角下公园绿地空间可达性和可达组合类型的研究,可在空间层面上更为精准地揭示公园绿地的服务情况。(2)综合公园的空间可达性较优,发挥主导作用;社区公园和游园的空间可达性值相当,与标准中分级规划控制指标所揭示的社区公园应远大于游园的层级关系存在差异。(3)三类公园绿地可达型的居住区结果较优,造成两类、一类公园绿地可达型结果的主要原因是游园显著的不可达情况,其在满足标准指标值的情况下仍存在大量服务盲区。研究为公园绿地空间可达性测度提供了新的视角,也为现有标准中人均公园绿地面积等分级规划控制指标的优化、公园绿地的精准规划提供参考。
Park green space is a multi-level structure,and an important but limited public resource,so it is of great significance to realize the synergistic layout of park green space at each level to promote the fine planning and governance of national land space.From the hierarchical perspective,by using the Gaussian two-step moving search method to measure the spatial accessibility of park green space at each level,the study focuses on the indicator of park green space per capita,analyzes the degree of its contribution to the overall accessibility,and further reveals the combination of services provided by the residents to access the park green space at different levels.The results show that 1)The study of the spatial accessibility and access combination of park green space under the perspective of hierarchy can reveal the service situation of park green space more accurately at the spatial level;2)The spatial accessibility of comprehensive parks is better and plays a dominant role,and the spatial accessibility values of community parks and amusement parks are almost similar,which is different from the hierarchical relationship that community parks should be much larger than amusement parks as revealed in the hierarchical planning and control indexes in the standard;3)The results of three types of park green space accessibility of residential areas are better,the main reason for the results of two types and one type of park green space accessibility is the significant inaccessibility of amusement parks,which still have a large number of service blind zones in meeting the standard index value.The study provides a new perspective for the measurement of the spatial accessibility of park green space,and also provides some reference for the optimization of the hierarchical planning control indexes such as the per capita park green space area in the existing standards,and the precise planning of park green space.
