松散地层保压取心工具在煤岩气中的应用研究

摘要 针对煤岩气勘探开发中易破碎煤岩取心收获率低、保压密封难、含气性测试难度大的问题,研发了适用于松散地层的保压取心工具,系统阐述了其结构原理和功能特点。通过采用双级差动控制系统配合封闭式割心机构,解决了加压式割心和球阀关闭相互干涉的问题,提高了松散煤层的取心收获率和保压成功率,煤层取心收获率整体提升30%。设计采用针阀、球阀相结合的双级控压集气装置,提高了煤层气含气量测试效率,测试时间从120 min缩短至60 min。现场实验测试表明,松散地层保压取心工具耐温耐压性能优异,可靠性强,能有效解决散碎煤岩取心过程中的岩心破碎和气体逸散问题,显著提高了取心质量和煤岩气含量测试准确性。该工具的应用为煤岩气资源评估和开发提供了可靠的技术支持,对推动煤岩气产业发展具有重要意义。 A pressure-preserved coring tool suitable for loose formations has been developed to address the problems of low recovery rate,difficulty in pressure sealing,and difficulty in gas content testing in easily fractured coal and rock exploration and development.The structural principle and functional characteristics of the tool are systematically explained.By using a two-stage differential control system in conjunction with a closed core cutting mechanism,the problem of interference between pressurized core cutting and ball valve closure has been solved,improving the core recovery rate and pressure-preserved success rate of loose coal seams.The overall core recovery rate of coal seams has been increased by 30%.The design adopts a two-stage pressure control gas collection device combining needle valve and ball valve,which improves the efficiency of coalbed methane gas content testing and shortens the testing time from 120 min to 60 min.On site experimental tests have shown that the loose formation pressure-preserved coring tool has excellent temperature and pressure resistance,strong reliability,and can effectively solve the problems of core fragmentation and gas escape during the coring process of loose coal rock,significantly improving the quality of coring and the accuracy of coal rock gas content testing.The application of this tool provides reliable technical support for the assessment and development of coal and rock gas resources,which is of great significance for promoting the development of the coal-rock gas industry.
