摘要
沁水煤层气田作为我国首个国家级煤层气产业示范基地,经过二十余年的勘探开发实践与技术迭代创新,已形成具有行业示范价值的煤层气开发技术体系。文章系统梳理了煤层气开发以来的技术发展脉络,从井型结构优化、地质导向技术、钻井液技术、完井工程技术创新、压裂增产体系等多维度展开的技术研究,获得了通过煤储层地质-工程双甜点综合评价模型形成的多井型协同开发模式,其中U型井和多分支水平井在中高煤阶厚煤层开发中单井产量可达8000 m^(3)/d:创新性研发单分支水平井配合半程固井工具,将传统三开井身结构优化为二开结构,建井周期由45 d缩短至28 d,单米进尺成本降低22%;构建“三位一体”增产技术矩阵,实现水平井分段压裂全方位提升甜点区开发效率;对构造煤实施立体缝网压裂,并创新微地震监测指导的精细化压裂设计;针对薄煤层进行多维微控科学精细压裂增产,现场应用后单井产能提升2~5倍。沁水盆地煤层气水平井多元化钻完井增产技术范式为鄂尔多斯、准噶尔等盆地煤层气开发提供了可复制的技术解决思路。
As the first national level coalbed methane industry demonstration base in China,Qinshui Coalbed Methane Field has formed a coalbed methane development technology system with industry demonstration value after more than 20 years of exploration and development practice and technological iteration innovation.This article systematically reviews the development of coalbed methane development technology,focusing on the key technological breakthroughs for efficient development of coal seams in the Qinshui Basin.Technical and economic evaluations are conducted from the dimensions of well structure optimization,geological guidance technology,reservoir protection technology,innovative completion engineering,and fracturing stimulation system.The multi well type collaborative development model,formed through the geological-engineering dual sweet spot comprehensive evaluation model of coal reservoirs,has been obtained,Among them,U-shaped wells and multi branch horizontal wells can achieve a single well production of up to 8000 m^(3)/d in the development of medium to high rank thick coal seams.The single-branch horizontal well+half-course cementing technology was innovatively adopted,optimizing the traditional three spud-in structure into a two spud-in structure,shortening the well construction cycle from 45 days to 28 days,and reducing the cost by 22%.A"three in one"production enhancement technology matrix is constructed to comprehensively improve the development efficiency of sweet spot areas through staged fracturing of horizontal wells.Three-dimensional fracture network fracturing was carried out on structural coal,and microseismic monitoring was adopted to monitor the effect of the fracturing design.For thin coal seams,multi-dimensional micro-control scientific fine fracturing is adopted to increase production.After on-site application,the production capacity of a single well is increased by 2 to 5 times.The diversified drilling and completion technology paradigm for coalbed methane horizontal wells in the Qinshui Basin provides replicable technical solutions for coalbed methane development in basins such as Ordos and Junggar.
