深层煤岩气随钻测控技术现状与智能化发展趋势

摘要 深层煤岩气作为非常规油气资源的重要组成部分,对缓解能源供需矛盾、优化能源结构具有关键意义。随钻测控技术涵盖了钻井过程中随钻测量、井-地传输、导向控制,是保障深层煤岩气安全高效开发的重要工程技术之一。文章围绕深层煤岩气“打长、打快、打好”目标,系统梳理了国内外随钻测控技术关键装备的分类、关键技术的指标、主要产品特征,以及应用实践情况等,总结了深层煤岩气开发过程中随钻测控领域面临的技术挑战与需求,并且从智能化发展角度,提出了深层煤岩气随钻测控技术的未来发展方向,为推动深层煤岩气工程技术升级提供新理念、新思路。 As an important component of unconventional oil and gas resources,deep coal-rock gas plays a crucial role in alleviating the energy supply-demand gap and optimizing energy structures.Measurement and control while drilling technologies,which include Measurement and While Drilling(MWD),data transmission,and steering control,are vital engineering technologies for ensuring the safe and efficient development of deep coal-rock gas.This paper focuses on the objectives of"longer,faster,and higher-quality drilling"for deep coal-rock gas drilling,systematically reviewing the classification of key equipment of measurement and control while drilling technologies in domestic and international,the product characteristics,performance indicators and the actual application effect.The technical challenges,requirements of measurement and control while drilling in the development of deep coal-rock gas are summarized.From the perspective of intelligent development,the paper proposes future directions for MWD technology development in deep coal-rock gas,providing novel ideas and approaches to support the advancement of deep coal-rock gas engineering technologies.
