摘要
深层煤岩气是一种埋藏深度超过2000 m的非常规天然气资源,近年来我国在该领域的开发技术取得了显著进展。文章详细阐述了深层煤岩气水平井钻完井工程技术的新进展,包括井身结构优化、钻井提速、随钻测控仪器、钻井液、完井等方面。通过多轮实践与技术攻关,我国在深层煤岩气钻完井工程中已初步形成一系列适应不同地质条件的技术体系,如深表层二开井身结构、个性化PDC钻头与螺杆钻具组合、近钻头伽马地质导向等,显著提升了钻井效率与储层钻遇率,降低了钻井成本。同时,针对深层煤岩气开发面临的挑战,如复杂地质条件下的钻井安全、长水平段钻井技术瓶颈、高成本投入等问题,提出了3000 m超长水平井,双分支水平井等发展建议,以期为我国深层煤岩气的规模效益开发提供技术支撑与决策参考,推动该领域工程技术的持续创新与发展。
Deep coal rock gas(CRG),an unconventional natural gas resource located over 2,000 meters underground,has been developed significantly in China in recent years.This paper comprehensively expounds on the latest advancements in drilling and completion engineering technology for deep coal and rock gas horizontal wells,including wellbore structure optimization,drilling acceleration,MWD and LWD instruments,drilling fluid technology,completion technology and fracturing technology.Through extensive practice and technological breakthroughs,a series of technical systems suited to diverse geological conditions have been initially formed in China,such as dual-opening wellbore structures for deep and surface layers,PDC bit and screw drill combinations,and gamma−ray−based geo−steering technology.These innovations have improved drilling efficiency and reservoir penetration rates while lowering drilling costs.In response to the challenges faced in the development of deep coal and rock gas,such as drilling safety under complex geological conditions,bottlenecks in long horizontal section drilling technology,and high cost investment,suggestions have been put forward through this paper at the same time,such as the development of 3,000 m ultra long horizontal wells and dual branch wells,in order to provide technical support and decision-making references for the scale and benefit development of deep coal and rock gas in China,and promote the continuous innovation and development of engineering technology in this field.
