摘要
为了探究智慧工地发展阻碍的因素,构建ISM-SNA模型,通过查阅相关文献选取了18个智慧工地发展阻碍的影响因素,根据专家打分构建邻接矩阵,建立ISM模型,构建影响因素层次递阶结构图,解释影响因素之间的层级关系,将邻接矩阵导入到ucinet软件中,得到网络可视化图和点中心度、中间中心度、接近中心度相关数据,确定智慧工地发展阻碍的关键因素。研究结果表明,高额的初始投资且周期长、行业标准缺失和社会认知度低是最关键根本的影响因素。
To explore the factors hindering the development of smart construction sites,this study constructs an ISM-SNA model.By reviewing relevant literature,18 influencing factors hindering the development of smart construction sites were selected.An adjacency matrix was constructed based on expert scoring to establish the ISM model.A hierarchical structure diagram of influencing factors was developed to explain the hierarchical relationships among the factors.The adjacency matrix was imported into the UCINET software to obtain a network visualization map and related data on degree centrality,betweenness centrality,and closeness centrality,identifying the key factors hindering the development of smart construction sites.The research results indicate that high initial investment with long cycles,lack of industry standards,and low social recognition are the most critical fundamental influencing factors.
