摘要
按照GB 4789.10-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验 金黄色葡萄球菌检验》和药典两种方法,对能力验证组织方提供的两份样品进行金黄色葡萄球菌定性检测。1份样品检出金黄色葡萄球菌,1份样品未检出金黄色葡萄球菌,两种方法检测结果一致,顺利通过能力验证并对试验进行分析,有效提高对食品中金黄色葡萄球菌定性检测能力。
According to the national food standard GB 4789.10-2016 and the pharmacopoeial methods,qualitative detecion of staphylococcus aureus was performed on two samples provided by the proficiency testing organization.One sample was found to contain Staphylococcus aureus,while the other sample was not.The results of the two methods are consistent.Pass the proficiency test smoothly and analyze the trial to improve the qualitative detection ability of Staphylococcus aureus in food.
