摘要
发汗冷却技术作为一种有效的主动热防护技术,近年来受到国内外学者的关注。在发汗冷却过程研究中,多孔介质传热传质特性是研究的关键。采用实验方法对发汗冷却过程多孔介质传热传质特性进行研究,探究外部热流环境、冷却剂流量、多孔介质孔隙率及多孔介质平板厚度等因素对发汗冷却过程的影响,分析冷却效率及冷却后温度的变化规律。研究表明,相同热环境条件下,多孔介质平板的厚度越小,冷却剂流量越大,发汗冷却效果较好。
As an effective active cooling thermal protection technology,sweat cooling technology has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad in recent years.The heat and mass transfer characteristics of porous media are the key in the study of sweat cooling process.In this paper,the law and characteristics of transpiration cooling technology in porous media were investigated by experimental method.By comparing the cooling rate and the temperature range after cooling,the effects of temperature environment,coolant flow rate,porosity of porous media and thickness of porous media plate on transpiration cooling were studied and discussed,and the causes of various effects and improvement measures were analyzed.The results show that the smaller the thickness of the plate is,the greater the coolant flow is,the better the sweating cooling effect is under the same environmental conditions.
