60 m水深深海风电桩基安装用导向架设计

摘要 为适应深海风电安装需求,设计一种60 m水深深海风电桩基安装用导向架。分析导向架作用载荷,进行导向架结构设计,从承载力、抗滑移能力和抗倾覆稳定性等方面分析导向架结构性能,进行导向架轻量化设计,分析轻量化设计对导向架结构性能和吊装结构强度的影响,并分析导向架在中国海域的广泛适用性。所进行的设计有利于提升导向架在复杂海洋环境中的性能和操作效率,可全面提高深海风电安装整体技术水平。 In order to meet the installation requirements of deep-sea wind turbine,a 60 m water depth guide frame for pile foundation installation of deep-sea wind turbine is designed.The applied loads of the guide frame are analyzed,the structural design of the guide frame is conducted,the structural performance of the guide frame is analyzed in such as bearing capacity,anti-sliding ability,and anti-overturning stability,the lightweight design of the guide frame is conducted,the influence of lightweight design on the structural performance of the guide frame and the structural strength of hoisting assembly is analyzed,and the wide applicability of the guide frame in Chinese sea areas is analyzed.The conducted design is conducive to improving the performance and operational efficiency of the guide frame in complex marine environments,and can comprehensively enhance the overall technical installation level of deep-sea wind turbine.
