摘要
钛系锂离子筛β-H_(x)Li_(2-x)TiO_(3)在盐湖提锂的应用中具有吸附容量高、选择性好、寿命长、稳定性高等特点。钛系锂离子筛β-H_(x)Li_(2-x)TiO_(3)是由钛系锂离子筛前驱体β-Li_(2)TiO_(3)活化后得到。为使β-H_(x)Li_(2-x)TiO_(3)的吸附性能和运行稳定性达到最优值,本工作探究了前驱体β-Li_(2)TiO_(3)活化过程中各个工艺条件对其性能的影响,明确了最佳工艺条件:活化度为80%,活化温度为60℃,活化液浓度为18%,干燥温度为160℃。结果表明:在最优工艺条件下活化β-Li_(2)TiO_(3)粉体获得的β-H_(x)Li_(2-x)TiO_(3)在Li+和H+交换过程中晶体结构很稳定,循环性能优异。
The titanium lithium ionic sieveβ⁃H_(x) Li_(2-x) TiO_(3) has the characteristics of high adsorption capacity,good selectivity,long lifespan,and high stability in the application of lithium extraction from salt lakes.Titanium⁃based lithium ion sieveβ⁃H_(x) Li_(2-x) TiO_(3) is obtained by activating the precursor of titanium⁃based lithium ion sieveβ⁃Li_(2) TiO_(3).In order to achieve the optimal adsorption performance and operational stability ofβ⁃H_(x) Li_(2-x) TiO_(3),this work explored the influence of various process conditions on its performance during the activation process of precursorβ⁃Li_(2) TiO_(3).The optimal process conditions were determined:activation degree of 80%,activation temperature of 60℃,activation solution concentration of 18%,and drying temperature of 160℃.The results show that whenβ⁃Li_(2) TiO_(3) powder is activated under the optimal process conditions,the obtainedβ⁃H_(x) Li_(2-x) TiO_(3) exhibits high stability in crystal structure during the Li+and H+exchange process,resulting in excellent cycling performance.
