摘要
近年来,3D打印技术在骨科手术中发展迅速,其制造出的手术导板可以对需要进行的骨科手术进行术前模拟,从而有效地降低手术中出现的意外情况,还可以运用多种材料设计关节植入物,使得人工关节更加适应人体内的环境。在肿瘤切除后的骨重建、畸形矫正、骨缺损等复杂骨科手术中,3D打印技术也发挥出巨大的作用。该文对3D打印技术在骨科中的发展进行分析和展望,对新的研究方向提出建议。
In recent years,3D printing technology has developed rapidly in orthopedic surgery.The surgical guide it produces can simulate the orthopedic surgery required before surgery,thereby effectively reducing accidents during surgery.It can also use a variety of materials to design joints.Implants make artificial joints more adaptable to the human environment.3D printing technology also plays a huge role in complex orthopedic surgeries such as bone reconstruction after tumor resection,deformity correction surgery,and bone defects.This paper analyzes and prospects the development of 3D printing technology in orthopedics,and puts forward suggestions for new research directions.
