摘要
职业化专业化药品(含医疗器械、化妆品)检查员是加强药品监管、保障药品安全的重要支撑力量,是加强药品科学监管的重要举措。要坚持职业化方向和专业性、技术性要求,进一步完善以专职检查员为主体、兼职检查员为补充,政治过硬、素质优良、业务精湛、廉洁高效的检查员队伍。本文从药品检查员队伍建设发展面临的挑战、能力提升的必要性与重要性以及提升的措施和方式3个方面阐述了如何抓好新形势下药品检查员队伍能力提升,以期为药品检查事业高质量发展提供参考。
A professional and specialized team of drug inspectors—including those overseeing medical devices and cosmetics—is a critical force for strengthening regulatory oversight and ensuring drug safety.It also serves as a key measure for advancing scientific regulation.To meet the demands of this new era,it is essential to adhere to a professional development path,emphasizing technical expertise and specialized knowledge.This includes building a politically reliable,high-quality,technically competent,clean,and efficient team,composed primarily of full-time inspectors supplemented by part-time personnel.This article discusses how to enhance the capabilities of drug inspectors in the current context from three aspects:the current state of inspector team development,the necessity and importance of capability building,and practical strategies and approaches for improvement.The goal is to support the high-quality development of the drug inspection system.
