摘要
职业教育文化现代化是职业教育现代化的重要组成部分,由目标层面的文化现代化境界和内涵层面的文化现代化样态互构而成,包括符合跨界整合规律的文化、体现以人为本理念的文化、符合职教特色的规定文化、指向无限的高质量育人文化。职业教育文化现代化的价值在于人才培养的高端价值、境界昭示的引领价值、守正创新的未来价值和创优环境的重塑价值。职业教育文化现代化的建构路径是:以人为本理念文化现代化、文化创化育人现代化、追求无限的质量文化现代化和创优环境文化的现代化。
The modernization of vocational education culture is an important component of vocational education modernization.It is composed of the cultural modernization realm at the target level and the cultural modernization form at the connotation level,including culture that conforms to the laws of cross⁃border integration,culture that embodies people⁃oriented concepts,culture that conforms to the characteristics of vocational education,and culture that generates high⁃quality educational outcomes.The value of modernizing vocational education culture lies in the high⁃end value of talent cultivation,the leading value of realm revelation,the future value of upholding integrity and innovation,and the reshaping value of creating an excellent environment.The construction path of cultural modernization in vocational education is:people⁃oriented ideational culture modernization,cultural creativity and education modernization,pursuit of infinite quality cultural modernization,and creation of excellent environmental culture modernization.
