摘要
在“教育、科技、人才”一体化推进视角下,研究生科技创新能力培养是推动地市级农业科研院所高质量发展的有力保障。文章以江苏徐淮地区徐州农业科学研究所为例,分析了研究生创新能力培养面临的主要问题,并针对问题提出了扩宽研究生招收渠道、构建“多维融合”的研究生培养体系、完善导师动态评价制度、建立健全教辅队伍等加快研究生科技创新能力培养的对策和建议,以供参考。
From the perspective of the integrated advancement of"education,science and technology,and talent",the cultivation of graduate students′scientific and technological innovation capabilities is a strong guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of municipallevel agricultural research institutes.Taking the Xuzhou Agricultural Research Institute in the Xuhuai Region of Jiangsu as an example,this paper analyzed the main problems faced in cultivating graduate students′innovation capabilities and proposed countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the cultivation of graduate students′scientific and technological innovation capabilities,such as broadening recruitment channels for graduate students,establishing a"multi-dimensional integration"graduate training system,improving the dynamic evaluation system for supervisors,and establishing and improving the teaching and supporting staff,for reference.
