摘要
民族要复兴,乡村必振兴。因地制宜发展地方特色产业对提高当地农户收入和农户生活水平发挥着重要作用,优化龙头企业与农户的利益联结模式至关重要。文章通过实地调查酒泉戈壁农业相关主体,总结梳理出酒泉戈壁农业龙头企业与农户之间现存的买断式利益联结、合同式利益联结和合作式利益联结三大模式,发现这3种模式在实践中存在资源匹配不足、经验技术缺乏、信息不对称等问题,针对问题提出提升品牌知名度、整合产业链和加强信息共享等相应对策,以促进利益联结模式的健康运行和持续发展。
National rejuvenation hinges on rural revitalization.Tailoring the development of local specialty industries to local conditions is crucial for increasing the income and improving the living standards of local farmers.Optimizing the interest alignment models between leading agricultural enterprises and farmers is essential.Through on-the-ground research in the Jiuquan Gobi agricultural sector,this article identified and analyzed three primary interest linkage models currently in use:the buyout model,the contract model,and the cooperative model.It was observed that these models faced challenges such as inadequate resource allocation,lack of experience and technology,and asymmetric information.To address these issues,the article proposed measures like enhancing brand visibility,integrating the supply chain,and strengthening information sharing,aiming to ensure the healthy operation and sustainable development of the interest linkage models.
