摘要
韩国在促进小农户与现代农业有机衔接过程中,采取引导和发挥农业社会组织功能、培育高素质小农户队伍、完善人才交流平台等措施,加速了农业科技的研发与推广。文章通过对韩国京畿道农业技术院、安城农协、典型农场等部门开展实地调研与交流,详述韩国京畿道在农业生产、生物防治、农产品安全检测、亲环境果蔬培育、食用菌研发、农产品流通等领域的主要做法与优势,旨在加强两国学术对话、探讨双方合作路径、促进共赢发展。
In the process of facilitating the organic integration of smallholder farmers with modern agriculture,Republic of Korea has implemented measures including guiding and enhancing the functions of agricultural social organizations,cultivating a highly skilled smallholder workforce,and improving talent exchange platforms,thereby accelerating the research and dissemination of agricultural technologies.Through field research and exchanges with institutions such as the Gyeonggi Agricultural Technology Institute,the Anseong Agricultural Cooperative,and exemplary farms,this paper provided a detailed account of the primary practices and strengths of Gyeonggi-do in agricultural production,biological pest control,agricultural product safety testing,eco-friendly fruit and vegetable cultivation,edible fungus research and development,and agricultural product circulation.The objective is to strengthen academic dialogue between the two countries,explore potential cooperation pathways,and foster mutually beneficial development.
