摘要
本文通过对常规岛及核岛应用数字射线技术的等价技术级别问题进行分析,并结合验证试验结果,提出了针对国内核电厂在常规岛和核岛中应用数字射线技术的相关建议。对于常规岛应用,DR标准NB/T 47013.11—2023和CR标准NB/T 47013.14—2023中的AB级技术与胶片照相标准NB/T 47013.2—2015的AB级技术具有等价性,可依据NB/T 47013.11—2023和NB/T 47013.14—2023标准来开展小径管焊缝的数字射线技术应用,在使用补偿原则的情况下,可以使用DR技术检测大径管焊缝。对于基于RCC-M标准的核级部件检测,应优先选用X射线,检测工艺控制可参照执行NB/T 47013.11—2023和NB/T 47013.14—2023标准中的AB级技术要求,图像灵敏度应满足RCC-M标准,图像分辨率和信噪比则可按NB/T 47013.11—2023和NB/T 47013.14—2023标准进行控制。
This paper analyses the equivalent technical level issues of applying digital radiography technology in the conventional and nuclear islands of nuclear power plants.Based on verification experiments,this paper provides specific suggestions for the application of digital radiography technology in the conventional island and the nuclear island in domestic nuclear power plants.For conventional island applications,the Grade AB technology in DR standard NB/T 47013.11-2023 and CR standard NB/T 47013.14-2023 is equivalent to the Grade AB technology in film photography standard NB/T 47013.2-2015,and digital radiography technology applications for small diameter pipe welds can be carried out based on NB/T 47013.11-2023 and NB/T 47013.14-2023 standards.Under the principle of compensation,DR technology can be used to test large diameter pipe welds.For the testing of nuclear class components based on the RCCM standard,X-ray should be given priority.The testing process control can refer to the Grade AB technology requirements in NB/T 47013.11-2023 and NB/T 47013.14-2023 standards.The image sensitivity should meet the RCC-M standard,and the image resolution and signal-to-noise ratio can be controlled according to NB/T 47013.11-2023 and NB/T 47013.14-2023 standards.
