摘要
作为第四代核电先进堆型之一,高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器传热管采用螺旋管组件式结构,其材质规格、制造工艺与布置方法均与传统压水堆存在差异,导致目前常用的涡流、超声等检测方法无法实施。针对此问题,本文基于超声导波技术提出了适用于高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器螺旋传热管的在役检测方法,阐述了实施该类传热管超声导波检测的技术原理,详细分析了该类传热管的结构特点与检测难点,建立了该类传热管超声导波自动化检测系统并进行了检测试验,试验结果表明超声导波的检测距离可覆盖SG传热管全长,并可有效识别管内远距离缺陷。进一步的,为使该技术落地应用,仍需从样管缺陷加工、参数化检测试验、缺陷定量化评价以及检验规程与标准等方面完善其能力验证工作。
As one of the fourth generation of advanced nuclear power reactors,the heat exchange tubes of the steam generator(SG)of high temperature gas-cooled reactor adopts helical tube assembly structure,and its material,specifications,manufacturing process and layout methods are different from those of traditional pressurized water reactors,resulting in the current commonly used eddy current and ultrasonic detection methods cannot be implemented.To solve this problem,based on ultrasonic guided wave technology,this paper proposes an in-service detection method for helical heat exchange tubes of SG in high temperature gas-cooled reactor.It expounds the technical principle of implementing ultrasonic guided wave detection of this type of heat exchange tubes,and analyzes the structural characteristics and detection difficulties of this type of heat exchange tubes in detail.An automatic ultrasonic guided wave detection system for this type of heat exchange tubes is established and tested.The experimental results indicate that the detection distance of ultrasonic guided waves can cover the entire length of SG heat transfer tubes and effectively identify longdistance defects inside the tubes.Furthermore,in order to implement this technology,it is still necessary to improve its capability verification work from aspects such as sample tube defect processing,parametric testing,quantitative evaluation of defects,and inspection procedures and standards.
