摘要
随着我国人口老龄化程度不断加深,构建老年友好型社会已成为推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要任务。作为中华优秀传统文化的重要典籍,《道德经》蕴含“尊道贵德”“道法自然”“无为而治”“柔弱胜刚强”“知足不辱”等深刻的和谐思想,展现出顺应自然、涵养德性、重视个体的治理智慧。本文基于“价值理念—治理逻辑—实践导向”的分析框架,深入剖析《道德经》的和谐思想与老年友好型社会建设在生命观、治理观与空间观等层面的契合逻辑,并进一步提出涵盖主体赋权、环境适配、多元协同、代际融合与精神支持五大维度的实践路径。
With the deepening of population aging in China,building an elder-friendly society has become a critical task in advancing the modernization of national governance systems and capabilities.As a foundational text of traditional Chinese philosophy,the Tao Te Ching embodies core ideas such as“revering the Dao and valuing virtue,”“following the natural way,”“governing through non-action,”“strength through softness,”and“contentment without disgrace.”These harmonious concepts offer profound philosophical wisdom and cultural guidance in addressing the challenges of aging.This paper adopts an analytical framework of“value orientation-governance logic-practical direction”to explore the theoretical congruence between the harmonious thought in the Tao Te Ching and the construction of an elder-friendly society.It further proposes five practical pathways including empowerment of the elderly,adaptation of environments,multilateral collaboration,intergenerational integration,and spiritual support aiming to deepen the integration of traditional culture and modern governance,and to provide context-specific and feasible solutions for aging governance with Chinese characteristics.
