摘要
目的探析开窗减压术与囊肿刮除术治疗口腔颌面部囊肿效果差异。方法随机选取2021年1月—2023年1月沂水县人民医院114例口腔颌面部囊肿患者为研究对象。根据术式不同分为两组,即采用囊肿刮除术(比对组,n=57)、应用开窗减压术(探究组,n=57)。比较两组围术期指标、有效性与安全性、复发率与满意率。结果探究组围术期指标均优于比对组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组有效性与安全性均优于比对组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组复发率为1.79%(1/56),低于比对组的23.91%(11/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.912,P<0.05);探究组满意率为98.25%(56/57),高于比对组的84.21%(48/57),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.015,P<0.05)。结论开窗减压术与囊肿刮除术对口腔颌面部囊肿虽均有一定治疗效果,但前者方案优势性更强,可提高疗效的同时降低疾病复发率,控制出血量的同时缩短在院治疗时间,安全可行性更高,满足临床治疗需求。
Objective To explore the difference between fenestration decompression and cyst curettage in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts.Methods A total of 114 patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts in Yishui County People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into two groups,cyst curettage(comparison group,n=57)and fenestration decompression(inquiry group,n=57).The perioperative indicators,effectiveness and safety,recurrence rate and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The perioperative indicators of the inquiry group were better than those of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effectiveness and safety of the inquiry group were better than those of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the inquiry group was 1.79%(1/56),which was lower than 23.91%(11/46)of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.912,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the inquiry group was 98.25%(56/57),which was higher than 84.21%(48/57)of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.015,P<0.05).Conclusion Although fenestration decompression and cyst curettage have certain therapeutic effects on oral and maxillofacial cysts,the former scheme has stronger advantages,which can improve the curative effect and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,control the amount of bleeding and shorten the treatment time in the hospital.It is safer and more feasible to meet the needs of clinical treatment.
