摘要
以2007—2022年沪深A股民营上市公司为样本,探究国有资本参股对民营企业劳动雇佣的影响。研究发现,国资参股在保证劳动投资效率基础上显著提升了民营企业的劳动雇佣水平,进而从促进就业视角助力共同富裕。机制检验表明,国资参股通过强化社会责任履行、提高融资便利性和塑造良好声誉提升民营企业的劳动雇佣水平;通过加强监督治理效能提高民营企业的劳动投资效率。拓展性研究发现,国资参股对民营企业劳动雇佣的影响在市场化和数字化水平较高的地区更为明显;国资参股能够优化民营企业的劳动雇佣结构,提高劳动者收入和权益保障水平,进而推动企业层面高质量就业的实现。
Taking a sample of private listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2007 to 2022,the study examined the impact of state capital participation on labor employment in private enterprises.The study found that state capital participation significantly increased the labor employment in private enterprises on the basis of ensuring labor investment efficiency and further contributed to common prosperity from the perspective of promoting employment.Mechanism test showed that state capital participation expanded the scale of labor employment in private enterprises by strengthening corporate social responsibility fulfillment,improving financing convenience,and shaping a good reputation.It improved the efficiency of labor investment in private enterprises by strengthening the effectiveness of supervisory and governance.Extended research showed that,the impact of state equity participation on labor employment in private enterprises was more obvious in regions with higher levels of marketization and digitization.Additionally,state capital participation could also optimize the labor-employment structure of private enterprises,improve the income and rights of employees,and promote high-quality employment at the enterprise level.
