摘要
目的分析家庭-医院无缝干预模式在小儿癫痫中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年1月唐山市妇幼保健院收治的癫痫患儿120例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患儿分为常规对照组和家庭-医院无缝干预组,各60例。常规对照组实施常规干预,家庭-医院无缝干预组实施家庭-医院无缝干预模式,两组均干预6个月。比较两组干预效果,干预前后儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表(SCARED)、癫痫儿童生活质量量表(QOLCE)评分,服药依从性、护理满意度。结果家庭-医院无缝干预组干预效果优于常规对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,常规对照组、家庭-医院无缝干预组DSRSC、SCARED评分分别低于本组干预前,且家庭-医院无缝干预组低于常规对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,常规对照组、家庭-医院无缝干预组身体功能、情绪健康、社会功能、行为表现维度得分分别高于本组干预前,且家庭-医院无缝干预组高于常规对照组(P<0.05);干预后,家庭-医院无缝干预组认知功能维度得分高于干预前及常规对照组(P<0.05)。家庭-医院无缝干预组服药依从性优于常规对照组(P<0.05)。家庭-医院无缝干预组护理满意度优于常规对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭-医院无缝干预模式可有效提高癫痫患儿的干预效果、生活质量、服药依从性及其家属的护理满意度,同时可减轻患儿抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the family-hospital seamless intervention model in pediatric epilepsy.Methods A total of 120 children with epilepsy admitted to Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The children were divided into the conventional control group and the family-hospital seamless intervention group by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The conventional control group received conventional intervention,while the family-hospital seamless intervention group received the family-hospital seamless intervention model.Both groups were intervened for 6 months.The intervention effect,Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children(DSRSC),Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)and Quality of Life in Children with Epilepsy(QOLCE)before and after intervention,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The intervention effect of the family-hospital seamless intervention group was better than that of the conventional control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the DSRSC and SCARED scores of the conventional control group and the family-hospital seamless intervention group were respectively lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of the family-hospital seamless intervention group were lower than those of the conventional control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the dimensions of physical function,emotional health,social function and behavioral performance in the conventional control group and the family-hospital seamless intervention group were respectively higher than those before the intervention,and the scores in the family-hospital seamless intervention group were higher than those in the conventional control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the score of the cognitive function dimension in the family-hospital seamless intervention group was higher than that before the intervention and that in the conventional control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the family-hospital seamless intervention group was better than that of the conventional control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the family-hospital seamless intervention group was better than that of the conventional control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family-hospital seamless intervention model can effectively improve the intervention effect,quality of life,medication compliance of children with epilepsy and the nursing satisfaction of their families.At the same time,it can alleviate negative emotions such as depression and anxiety of the children.
