摘要
目的探讨改良随访清单在早期肺癌患者杂交手术后的应用价值。方法选取2021年7月—2023年7月安徽省胸科医院收治的120例早期肺癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组患者于杂交手术后实施常规随访,观察组患者于杂交手术后采用改良随访清单随访,比较两组患者随访完成时间、随访依从率、护理满意度及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者随访完成时间短于对照组,随访依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良随访清单可缩短杂交手术后早期肺癌患者随访完成时间,提高随访依从率及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of improved follow-up checklist in early lung cancer patients after hybrid surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with early lung cancer admitted to Anhui Chest Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The patients in the control group received routine follow-up after hybrid surgery,while the patients in the observation group received follow-up with an improved follow-up checklist after hybrid surgery.The completion time of follow-up,followup compliance rate,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The completion time of follow-up in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the follow-up compliance rate was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Improved follow-up checklist can shorten the completion time of follow-up in early lung cancer patients after hybrid surgery,improve follow-up compliance rate and nursing satisfaction.
