摘要
目的对数字化健康管理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中应用的相关文献进行范围综述。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库中数字化健康管理在COPD患者中应用的相关文献,检索时限均从建库至2024年7月。由2名研究人员独立筛选文献并提取资料,然后进行范围综述。结果最终纳入41篇文献。COPD患者数字化健康管理的数字化媒介为交互式通信设备(14.6%)、应用程序(39.0%)、网络信息平台(22.0%)、远程康复系统(22.0%)和机器人(2.4%)。COPD患者数字化健康管理内容包括健康指导(75.6%)、康复活动(41.5%)、转诊会诊(22.0%)、远程监测(51.2%)、同伴支持(14.6%)。数字化健康管理能有效改善COPD患者自我管理指标、生活质量、生理指标、心理状态及患者体验,减轻其家庭负担。结论数字化健康管理应用于COPD患者是可行的,未来应根据COPD患者具体情况选取合适的数字化媒介,开展更多有循证依据的项目,优化多学科协作,加强医联体建设,以最大限度发挥数字化健康管理在COPD患者中的应用效果。
Objective To review the relevant studies regarding digital health management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Relevant literatures on the application of digital health management in patients with COPD in PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Database were retrieved by computer.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to July 2024.Two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted the data,and then conducted a scope review.Results Finally,41 articles were included.The digital media of digital health management for COPD patients were interactive communication equipment(14.6%),application program(39.0%),network information platform(22.0%),remote rehabilitation system(22.0%)and robot(2.4%).The contents of digital health management for COPD patients included health guidance(75.6%),rehabilitation activities(41.5%),referral and consultation(22.0%),remote monitoring(51.2%),and peer support(14.6%).Digital health management could effectively improve the self-management indicators,quality of life,physiological indicators,psychological status and patient experience of COPD patients,and reduce their family burden.Conclusion It is feasible to apply digital health management to COPD patients.In the future,appropriate digital media should be selected according to the specific conditions of COPD patients,more evidence-based projects should be carried out,multidisciplinary collaboration should be optimized,and the construction of medical consortium should be strengthened to maximize the application effect of digital health management in COPD patients.
