摘要
目的探讨电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术(BAL)在儿童大叶性肺炎中的临床应用效果。方法选取新疆生产建设兵团第二师库尔勒医院2023年6月—2024年10月收治的60例大叶性肺炎患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用电子BAL治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、血清炎症因子、临床症状改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组退热、咳嗽、肺部啰音改善、肺炎面积吸收、抗生素使用和住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大叶性肺炎患儿应用电子BAL,有助于增强疗效,降低炎症反应,促进患儿康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of electronic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage(BAL)in children with lobar pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 children with lobar pneumonia admitted to Korla Hospital of the Second Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from June 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with electronic BAL on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and improvement of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the antipyretic,cough,pulmonary rales improvement,pneumonia area absorption,antibiotic use and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of electronic BAL in children with lobar pneumonia is helpful to enhance the curative effect,reduce the inflammatory response,and promote the recovery of children.
