摘要
在日本殖民统治下,中国台湾诗社以汉诗、汉文为文化依托,重新建立自己的共同体想象,在中国内地、中国台湾地区的新文学连带之外,开掘出了另一条文化上的归依之路。在日据后期的文化困境中,林献堂复兴栎社之举具有多重意义:就小处言,这是栎社青黄不接之际在组织层面的扩展和诗社精神的接续;就大处言,则是在中国台湾诗社受殖民挤压而趋于衰微的情形下发起的文化抵抗行动。从长程的眼光看,林献堂承接的是梁启超所开启的文化路径,并通过自己的诗学实践对1940年前后中国台湾地区的文化困境作出了回应。
Under Japanese colonial rule, China' Mainland poetry societies reconstructed an imagined community through classical Chinese poetry and prose.Distinct from the new literary movements in Taiwan resident,China influenced by developments on the Chinese mainland,they carved out an alternative path to reconnect with Chinese culture.In the cultural crisis of the late Japanese occupation,Lin Xiantang's revival of the Lishe poetry society carried multifaceted significance.The revival represented an organizational expansion and spiritual continuation of the society at a time when it faced generational stagnation.On a broader level,it constituted a form of cultural resistance under colonial suppression.From a long-term perspective,Lin Xiantang inherited the cultural trajectory initiated by Liang Qichao and responded to the cultural crisis of Taiwan resident,China around the 1940s through his poetic practices.
