摘要
工程预算编制是进行造价管理的重要方式,其不仅能够在项目实施前期对施工成本起到良好的优化控制作用,还能为工程管理人员提供重要的决策参考,使其在作业期间严格控制材料采购、资源分配以及费用支出,进而有效避免预算超标或是不必要的浪费现象,从而提升整体的工程效益。基于此,文章结合工程实例,对工程预算在工程造价中的控制策略分析及应用进行深入研究,深入讨论了工程造价管理的具体措施,以供参考。
Engineering budget preparation is an important way of cost management.It not only plays a good role in optimizing and controlling construction costs in the early stage of project implementation,but also provides important decision-making references for engineering management personnel to strictly control material procurement,resource allocation,and cost expenditures during the operation period,thereby effectively avoiding budget overruns or unnecessary waste,and improving overall engineering efficiency.Based on this,the article combines engineering examples to conduct in-depth research on the control strategy analysis and application of engineering budget in engineering cost,and discusses specific measures for engineering cost management for reference.
