基于BIM的工程造价全过程控制体系构建与应用

摘要 随着工程项目规模日益扩大和投资额度不断攀升,传统的造价管理方式已经难以满足当前复杂多变的工程需求,因此构建一套科学、系统、高效的工程造价全过程控制体系显得尤为重要。文章将从工程造价全过程概述出发,通过应用BIM技术构建一个工程造价全过程控制体系,并将其应用于实际工程中,以期为提高工程项目经济效益、降低造价风险和保障项目顺利实施提供理论支持与实践指导。 With the increasing scale and investment amount of engineering projects,traditional cost management methods are no longer able to meet the complex and ever-changing engineering needs.Therefore,it is particularly important to build a scientific,systematic,and efficient engineering cost control system throughout the entire process.Starting from an overview of the entire process of engineering cost,this article will construct a control system for the entire process of engineering cost through the application of BIM technology,and apply it to practical engineering,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the economic benefits of engineering projects,reducing cost risks,and ensuring the smooth implementation of projects.
