摘要
随着水利工程建设规模的不断扩大和技术的日益复杂,EPC总承包模式凭借设计、采购、施工一体化的优势,在水利工程建设中得到了广泛应用。然而,EPC总承包模式在带来诸多便利的同时,给水利工程造价管理带来了新的挑战和风险。基于此,文章旨在深入分析EPC总承包模式下水利工程造价管理的风险,并提出相应的风险控制策略,以期为水利工程建设提供参考。
With the continuous expansion of water conservancy engineering construction scale and the increasing complexity of technology,the EPC general contracting model has been widely applied in water conservancy engineering construction due to its advantages of integrated design,procurement,and construction.However,while the EPC general contracting model brings many conveniences,it also brings new challenges and risks to the cost management of water conservancy projects.Based on this,the article aims to deeply analyze the risks of cost management in water conservancy projects under the EPC general contracting mode,and propose corresponding risk control strategies,in order to provide reference for water conservancy project construction.
