摘要
目的:分析血清白蛋白(ALB)、维生素B_(12)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及尿酸(UA)水平与老年期痴呆患者认知功能的相关性。方法:选取2023年12月—2024年12月天水市第三人民医院收治的老年期痴呆患者74例作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检者81例作为对照组。两组均进行认知功能评估及ALB、维生素B_(12)、Hcy、UA检测。比较两组简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分及ALB、维生素B_(12)、Hcy、UA水平,分析ALB、维生素B_(12)、Hcy及UA水平与老年期痴呆患者认知功能的相关性。结果:观察组MMSE评分及ALB、维生素B_(12)、UA水平低于对照组,Hcy水平高于对照组(P<0.001)。老年期痴呆患者MMSE评分与ALB、维生素B_(12)、UA水平呈正相关,与Hcy水平呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论:老年期痴呆患者的认知功能与ALB、维生素B_(12)、Hcy、UA水平有关,临床需及时为老年期痴呆患者补充维生素B_(12)制剂、抗氧化剂等,以改善患者的认知功能。
Objective:To analyze the correlation of serum albumin(ALB),vitamin B_(12),homocysteine(Hcy)and uric acid(UA)levels with cognitive function in senile dementia patients.Methods:A total of 74 senile dementia patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Tianshui from December 2023 to December 2024 were included in the observation group,and 81 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were included in the control group.The cognitive function was assessed and ALB,vitamin B_(12),Hcy and UA were detected in the two groups.The scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and the levels of ALB,vitamin B_(12),Hcy and UA were compared between the two groups.The correlation of ALB,vitamin B_(12),Hcy and UA levels with the cognitive function in senile dementia patients was analyzed.Results:The MMSE scores and the ALB,vitamin B_(12) and UA levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the Hcy level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).The MMSE scores of senile dementia patients were positively correlated with the levels of ALB,vitamin B_(12) and UA,and negatively correlated with the levels of Hcy(P<0.001).Conclusion:The cognitive function of senile dementia patients is related to the levels of ALB,vitamin B_(12),Hcy and UA.In clinical practice,it is necessary to supplement vitamin B_(12) preparations and antioxidants for senile dementia patients in time to improve the cognitive function of patients.
