摘要
目的:探讨改良八字切口与L形切口在跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的60例跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为八字组(n=30)和L形组(n=30)。L形组采用L形切口,八字组采用改良八字切口。比较两组临床疗效。结果:八字组手术时间短于L形组,术中出血量少于L形组(P<0.001);两组切口愈合时间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后6个月,两组Maryland足功能评分标准评分高于术前(P<0.05),且八字组高于L形组(P<0.001)。八字组治疗总有效率高于L形组(P=0.030)。两组并发症总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:相较于L形切口,改良八字切口在跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术中的应用效果更好,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,改善患者足部功能。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of modified eight-shaped incision and L-shaped incision in open reduction and internal fixation of calcaneal fracture.Methods:Sixty patients with calcaneal fracture admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the eight-shaped group(n=30)and the L-shaped group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The L-shaped group adopted L-shaped incision,and the eight-shaped group adopted modified eight-shaped incision.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The operation time in the eight-shaped group was shorter than that in the L-shaped group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the eight-shaped group was less than that in the L-shaped group(P<0.001).There was no statistical difference in the incision healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the Maryland foot function scores in the two groups were higher than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the scores in the eight-shaped group were higher than those in the L-shaped group(P<0.001).The overall response rate in the eight-shaped group was higher than that in the L-shaped group(P=0.030).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the L-shaped incision,the modified eight-shaped incision has a better application effect in open reduction and internal fixation of calcaneal fracture,and can shorten the operation time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,and improve the foot function of patients.
