摘要
目的:分析甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年8月巨野县凤凰社区卫生服务中心收治的2型糖尿病患者74例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各37例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合甘精胰岛素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹C肽、餐后2hC肽、空腹胰岛素、胰岛β细胞功能指数均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组;两组胰岛素抵抗指数均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果显著,能够有效降低患者血糖水平,改善胰岛功能,且用药安全性良好。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 74 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Juye County Fenghuang Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 37 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received metformin treatment,while the observation group received metformin combined with insulin glargine treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin decreased in both groups,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting C-peptide,2 h postprandial C-peptide,fasting insulin,and pancreatic β cell function index in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;while insulin resistance index in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and this parameter in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with metformin in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus is significant,which can effectively lower blood glucose levels of patients,improve pancreatic islet function,and show good medication safety.
