摘要
目的:探讨贝那普利联合达格列净治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:将2022年8月—2023年8月常熟市梅李人民医院收治的76例糖尿病肾患者者根据随机数字表法分为两组。两组患者均开展常规治疗,对照组(38例)采用贝那普利治疗,研究组(38例)采用贝那普利联合达格列净治疗治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应、肾功能指标、炎性因子水平。结果:与对照组相比,研究组治疗有效率更高(P=0.030)。两组不良反应体发生率相比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血肌酐、24h尿蛋白总量、血尿素氮、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平降低,研究组下降幅度比对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病患者采用贝那普利联合达格列净治疗的效果理想,能够有效改善患者肾功能,并减轻炎症,保证治疗安全性。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of benadryl combined with dagliflozin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Method:Seventy-six patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Meili People's Hospital of Changshu City from August 2022 to August 2023 were divided into two groups according to the randomized numerical table method.Conventional treatment was carried out in both groups,the control group(38 cases)was treated with benadryl,and the study group(38 cases)was treated with benadryl combined with dagliflozin.Comparison of the two groups'therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,renal function indexes,and inflammatory factor levels.Result:Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher therapeutic efficiency(P=0.030).Compared with the incidence of adverse reaction bodies in the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,blood creatinine,total 24 h urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein levels were reduced in the two groups,and the decline in the study group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients with benazepril combined with dagliflozin has an ideal effect,which can effectively improve the renal function of the patients and reduce the inflammation to ensure the safety of treatment.
